Put Your Product in the Spotlight
InStore Magazine encourages all vendors, large and small, to submit news and new products to be considered for free editorial exposure.
To be featured within our product-based articles, vendors must submit actual products for us to photograph according to our style guide. Our editors are able to also gauge the quality of the product, and also curate product flatlays using products from multiple vendors which our readers love as it provides them with cross-merchandising inspiration.
Note: If you aren't able to send samples for whatever reason, but do have a new product to announce to our readers, email us the details - and images - for our News & Notes section!
Submit Your Products
1. Select a maximum of 10 small to medium-sized products.
(Avoid sending bulky items or items requiring assembly.)
2. Package the items in one medium-sized box without packing peanuts or shredded paper.
3. Send the items to arrive by the deadline date to our offices at
103 Niska Drive, Waterdown ON L8B0M8
4. Include a completed Editorial Submission Form in the box along with product descriptions and prices for each item typed or handwritten on a single piece of paper.
5. Indicate on the form whether you require the items to be repackaged for return. (Note: InStore doesn’t cover the cost of returning submitted samples. Submissions not requiring return are donated to Eagles Nest Waterdown.)
