Will you feature my product in your magazine?

InStore encourages vendors to submit new products to be considered for editorial exposure. To be featured within our product-based articles, vendors must submit actual products for us to photograph. We do not accept supplied photography for these articles. To receive email notifications of what product is being covered for each issue click here.

Do you print the magazine or is it just online?

We print the magazine and feature it online via Issuu. The magazine is mailed four times a year to over 12,000 different stores* across Canada. These retailers, many of whom do not regularly attend trade shows, tell us that they rely on the magazine as a resource to find new products and new suppliers. * Please note: print editions are only mailed to qualified retailers and suppliers based in Canada.

How much does it cost to advertise?

Costs vary based on the size of your advertisement and the number of advertisements you run in a 12-month period. The more advertisements you place, the less each one costs. We offer special rates for new and small suppliers. Click on the Media Kit tab above to download and review our advertising rates.

Do I have to pay for my advertisement up front?

No! You will be billed for your advertisement after the magazine mails.

Can you help me design my advertisement?

Yes! Our layout artist can design an advertisement for you. Send us some pictures, your logo, and what you want to say and we'll pull it all together for you. Of course, you approve the ad before it is printed. Rates start at just $60. Contact us today for more information or to place your ad.
